When you message us about an order, include your order number. For a new job, tell us the product, size, quantity and the date you need it by, and attach your artwork if you have it.
Visit or collect
Address: Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia, corner Rivonia Boulevard and 9th Ave, Rivonia, Sandton, 2128. We are opposite NewsCafe Rivonia.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
This is our only premises. Collections happen here once you have been told your order is ready. If you would rather not travel, see delivery and collection.

Getting a quote quickly
For the fastest response on custom work, send everything in one message: what the item is, the finished size, the material or paper if you know it, single or double-sided, quantity, the date you need it, and whether you will collect or need delivery. Attach your artwork or a rough sketch. If you are comparing options, ask for two or three quantities at once so you only need one round of messages.
Quotes and order queries are handled during business hours. Messages sent after 5:00 PM or over a weekend are answered from the next working day.
Placing your order for your printing: everything is done online – choose the specification, pick Economy, Standard, Express or Same-day where offered, upload your file and pay. We accept card payments through Yoco and EFT; anything under R5,000 is paid upfront, and R5,000 or more needs a 65% deposit. We message you when the job is done so you can collect from Rivonia Central in Oriental City, or we arrange delivery to your door at a quoted price.
