Pads are usually glued along the top edge with a card backing and a set number of sheets per pad.
Design ideas
Keep the branding to a strip at the top or bottom so there is room to write. Light lines, a grid or a simple to-do layout make pads more useful. Light colours on the writing area work better than dark backgrounds, which make handwriting hard to read. Add your website or WhatsApp number so recipients can find you.
Where notepads work
Conference packs alongside folders, hotel and guesthouse rooms, estate agent show houses, school and church offices, and as part of a corporate stationery pack. They also make a useful low-cost corporate gift.
Price and timing
Notepad prices depend on size, sheets per pad and quantity. Standard options show online; custom formats are quoted. Gluing and backing add a finishing step, so Standard or Economy is usually the sensible choice. See business stationery.
Ordering notepad printing: choose your options and quantity in the shop, upload a print-ready PDF and pay by card through Yoco or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit. Production starts once payment and approved artwork are both in. Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central (opposite NewsCafe Rivonia), Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or ask for delivery to be arranged and quoted.
