Flat per-copy pricing

- A4 colour – R4.00
- A3 colour – R9.00
- A4 black and white – R1.50
The per-copy price stays the same whatever the quantity. The main saving on bulk orders comes from choosing Economy, which is 10% less than Standard. See print pricing explained.
Payment on large orders
Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production. Orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit, with the balance due as agreed with the team. Pay by card through Yoco or by EFT.
Planning a bulk run
Check your artwork carefully – mistakes multiply. Print a short test run if the job is critical. Decide how you want it packed and collected: large paper orders are heavy, so bring a suitable vehicle to Rivonia or ask for delivery to be arranged and quoted. Allow time for bulk jobs; Economy and Standard are usually the right tiers.

Who orders in bulk
Retailers and franchises printing promotional flyers for many stores, schools printing newsletters and forms for every learner, churches printing weekly bulletins, political and community campaigns, training providers printing course material, and companies printing manuals and policy documents for all staff. In each case, consistency across the whole run matters as much as the price per copy.
How to order bulk printing: set up the item in the shop and the price updates as you change the options. Attach your artwork at checkout – or ask for design help, which is charged separately. Payment is by Yoco card payment or EFT, in full for orders under R5,000 and with a 65% deposit from R5,000 up. When it is ready, pick it up at our Rivonia shop on a weekday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, or have it couriered to you at a quoted cost.
