Materials for products
- Paper – for dry goods on a shelf.
- White vinyl – for chilled, wet or oily products.
- Clear vinyl – for a no-label look on glass and clear plastic.
- Laminated – for extra durability and a gloss or matt finish.
Shapes and supply
Labels can be rectangles, circles, ovals or custom shapes, supplied on sheets for hand application or on rolls for dispensers and machines (quoted). Order several designs in one run – for example one per flavour or scent.
Label content checklist
Product name, brand, net weight or volume, ingredients and allergens where applicable, manufacturer details, batch number and use-by date area, barcode if you sell through retailers, and storage instructions. Check regulations for your product category before printing large quantities. For artwork help, see graphic design for print.

Choose the lead time that suits your date: Economy (around 5 working days, 10% off), Standard (around 3 working days, listed price), Express (next working day, +20%) or Same-day (eligible items in by 09:00 Mon–Fri, +30%). The clock starts once payment and approved artwork are both in.
Same-day is priced high on purpose. If you can give us a few days, Economy or Standard saves you money.
Testing
Order a small test run, apply labels to real containers, and check them after a few days in normal storage before ordering the full quantity.
How to order product labels: set up the item in the shop and the price updates as you change the options. Attach your artwork at checkout – or ask for design help, which is charged separately. Payment is by Yoco card payment or EFT, in full for orders under R5,000 and with a 65% deposit from R5,000 up. When it is ready, pick it up at our Rivonia shop on a weekday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, or have it couriered to you at a quoted cost.
