Flyer prices
- A5 colour: R1.90 per copy
- A4 colour: R4.00 per copy
- A3 colour: R9.00 per copy
- A4 black and white: R1.50 per copy
Prices are single-sided at the Standard lead time. Double-sided and other sizes show online. Economy takes 10% off if you can wait about five working days.
Choosing a size
A5 (148 x 210mm) is the most common handout size – easy to hold and cheap enough to distribute widely. A4 (210 x 297mm) suits price lists, notices and detailed information. A3 (297 x 420mm) works as a small poster for notice boards and shop windows. See the A-series paper sizes guide.
Paper and finish
Lighter paper keeps large runs affordable and is fine for street handouts. Heavier paper feels more premium and survives being carried around. Gloss makes photos bright; matt is easier to read under lights. Our guides on paper weights and finishes explain the trade-offs.
Lead times for flyers
Flyers are eligible for Same-day if ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 on a weekday, at 30% extra. Express gives you next working day for 20% extra. For campaigns planned in advance, Economy is the better deal.

Writing a flyer that gets a response
A good flyer has one headline that says what you are offering, two or three supporting points, and a clear next step – a phone number, WhatsApp, a website or a QR code. Add an expiry date to a special offer so people act on it. Leave white space; a crowded flyer is harder to read than a simple one.
Ordering flyer printing: choose your options and quantity in the shop, upload a print-ready PDF and pay by card through Yoco or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit. Production starts once payment and approved artwork are both in. Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central (opposite NewsCafe Rivonia), Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or ask for delivery to be arranged and quoted.
