Prices and payment
Where do I see prices? On each product page in the shop. Custom work is quoted through Get a Quote.
How do I pay? By card online through Yoco, or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit.
What do flyers cost? Colour per copy: A5 R1.90, A4 R4.00, A3 R9.00. A4 black and white is R1.50. See flyer printing.
Lead times
How fast can I get it? Economy is about 5 working days (10% less), Standard about 3 (listed price), Express the next working day (+20%), and Same-day (+30%) for eligible items in by 09:00 Mon–Fri. Details on turnaround and cut-offs.
When does the lead time start? Once payment and approved artwork are both in.
Artwork and design
What file should I send? A print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed, CMYK colour and 300dpi images. See artwork guidelines.
Can you design it? Yes, at extra cost. See graphic design for print.
Collection and delivery
Where do I collect? Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City Rivonia, corner Rivonia Boulevard and 9th Ave, Rivonia, Sandton, 2128, opposite NewsCafe Rivonia, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Do you deliver? Yes, delivery or courier is arranged and quoted for your address. See delivery and collection.
Do you print T-shirts? Yes, using DTF, from a minimum of 10 garments.
Orders and changes
Can I change my order? Contact us immediately with your order number. Changes are usually possible before printing starts, but may change the price or lead time.
What if something is wrong with my order? Contact us as soon as you collect or receive it, with your order number and photos, and the team will look into it.
Can I reorder the same job? Yes. Send your previous order number and the quantity, and confirm whether anything has changed on the artwork.
