Size and finish

Swing tags are commonly small rectangles or business-card sized, printed on stiff board so they hold their shape. Uncoated board lets you write prices by hand; matt or gloss lamination gives a premium feel and resists handling. Rounded corners and custom shapes can be quoted.

What to put on a tag

Front: brand logo. Back: product name, size, price (or a space for a price sticker), care instructions or a short story about the product, and your website or social handle. Keep text clear of the punched hole – about 8–10mm from the top. Barcodes need enough size and white space to scan.

Choose the lead time that suits your date: Economy (around 5 working days, 10% off), Standard (around 3 working days, listed price), Express (next working day, +20%) or Same-day (eligible items in by 09:00 Mon–Fri, +30%). The clock starts once payment and approved artwork are both in.

Same-day is priced high on purpose. If you can give us a few days, Economy or Standard saves you money.

Price and timing

Swing tags are priced online for standard sizes; custom shapes, string and quantities are quoted. Clothing brands that also print garments can order labels and DTF T-shirt printing (minimum 10 garments) at the same time. Browse product labels.

Ordering swing tag printing: choose your options and quantity in the shop, upload a print-ready PDF and pay by card through Yoco or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit. Production starts once payment and approved artwork are both in. Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central (opposite NewsCafe Rivonia), Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or ask for delivery to be arranged and quoted.
