Industry and trade
Marlboro's industrial area is full of small and medium manufacturers – clothing, furniture, food, packaging – along with wholesalers, panel beaters, printers' suppliers and distributors. Many businesses supply retailers and need packaging, labels and paperwork that keep goods moving.
Print here is mostly functional: labels, tags, forms and signs, often reordered on a regular cycle.
The Gautrain station and nearby business parks bring office print too – business cards, letterheads and training documents for companies based on the edge of the industrial area.
What Marlboro businesses order
- Product and carton labels.
- Swing tags for clothing manufacturers.
- Delivery notes, invoices and job cards in NCR.
- Correx safety and directional signs for factory floors and yards.
- Staff T-shirts and workwear printing – DTF, minimum 10 garments.
Getting your order from Rivonia to Marlboro
From Marlboro, cross the M1 westwards via Marlboro Drive towards Sandton, then head north on Rivonia Road. Alternatively, take the M1 North and connect to Rivonia Road via the N1.
There is no Printing.web.za shop in Marlboro; everything is produced in Rivonia. You can pick up from Shop L23, Rivonia Central on a weekday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, or ask us to arrange delivery, which is quoted per order.
Labels and tags for manufacturers
If you supply retailers, check their label and swing-tag requirements – sizes, barcodes, care symbols and pricing – before designing. Order a short run first to test on the product and packaging, then scale up. Keep artwork files organised by product, and reorder on Economy when you can forecast demand. See product labels.
Same-day is priced high on purpose. If you can give us a few days, Economy or Standard saves you money. Lead times run from Economy (about 5 working days, 10% less) to Same-day (+30%, eligible items in by 09:00).
